š©µWhat if August didnāt have to be āthe month before autumnā⦠but a gentle new beginning instead?
Iāve been thinking a lot about fresh starts lately, and perhaps we donāt have to wait until January to begin again. I wrote a quiet reflection about National Wellness Month, simple habits, and why August might be the perfect time to come home to ourselves.š
I hope it brings you a little moment of peace. š¤

Iāve been a little quieter than usual these past few days..
To be honest, Iāve completely lost my voice, and itās been one of those moments where my mind is full of ideas, but my body has other plans.š§š¼āāļø
It made me think⦠sometimes our minds are ready to move mountainsā°ļø, while our bodies simply want to drift gently with the river. Iām trying to be kinder to myself and listen instead of pushing through. Even though I couldnāt speak, I could still writeš«¶š¼š
So today, Iām finally sharing my newest little letter, The Call That Was Never Answered. Itās a gentle reflection on grief, love, remembrance, and the quiet ways the people we love continue to shape us, even after theyāre gone.
I simply wanted to leave it here, in case these words find someone who needs them now⦠or perhaps sometime in the future.

ā¦They never stay for long.
They arrive, bloom wildly, make everything softer for a whileā¦and then quietly leave. Sometimes, I think, we become so aware that something wonāt lastā¦we forget to enjoy it while it does. We hold tighter. Worry earlier. Start missing things before they have even gone..Perhaps that is one of the quieter ways we leave the present moment.
Not everything beautiful is meant to stay forever. Some things are simply meant to be noticed, felt, remembered. So yesā¦I stop for the flowers. I admire them. I breathe them in. I probably sniff them with slightly unnecessary enthusiasm. š

I thought I'd lost my creativity...
It turned out I was simply asking too much of myself.
Maybe someone else needs this little reminder today. šš¼
