Step into the warmth of our full-spectrum infrared sauna

Our private infrared sauna room is the perfect place to slow down, warm through and fully switch off.

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared heat warms the body directly, creating a more comfortable and deeply relaxing experience. Our sauna also includes chromotherapy lighting, so you can enjoy a calming, atmospheric session from the moment you step inside.

Your sauna session includes:

Full-spectrum infrared sauna
Chromotherapy lights
Private room with shower
Towels provided
Shampoo and body wash provided
Drinking water included

The sauna is bookable online for 1 or 2 people, making it perfect for solo relaxation, couples, friends or a peaceful reset together.

Me Time Yoga and Palm Springs Spa are coming together to offer a morning or afternoon of pure relaxation and some well-deserved time for yourself.

What’s included:

*Yin Yoga with Me Time Yoga* 🧘‍♀️
Slow down, surrender to stillness and be fully present with a calming, floor-based Yin Yoga class. Postures are held for 3–10 minutes and supported with blocks, bolsters, blankets and mats to help you feel comfortable, calm and at ease.

*Floatation Therapy*
Enjoy a deeply relaxing 60-minute float in one of our private pods. With more than 250kg of Epsom salt in the warm water, your body floats effortlessly, reducing pressure on muscles and joints while giving your mind and body time to switch off, rest and reset.

*Infrared Sauna*
Relax in our full-spectrum infrared sauna and enjoy a gentle, soothing heat. Sauna sessions will be shared by 2 people at a time. The room remains private, so guests booking together can enjoy it as a pair, while solo guests may be paired with another retreat guest.

*Afternoon Tea*
Finish with sandwiches, savoury treats, cakes, scones with jam and cream, plus tea or coffee. Please let us know about any allergies when booking.

With only 4 guests in the venue at a time, you’ll have the peace and tranquillity you deserve.
