Back to work after a wonderful and restful week away in Sardinia.

Looking at the whole person not just the injury is a big part of the treatment, Caroline has done so well in the last few weeks.

I am so grateful to Michael in just three sessions he has improved my balance, helped my knees and made me feel like a new woman !!! I was recommended by one of my Channel Swimming friends and have gone on to recommend him to others.
At 68 finding it difficult with my balance, knees, thinking its an age thing that I would just have to live with and accept !!! But no this treatment and Michael's approach has changed my life !My knee injuries have improved so much I am returning to running 🏃‍♀️ and really looking forward to my next session in September 😁 I will continue to do the exercises he has given me to do at home, watching his demonstrations on video from my phone 📱 he suggested I take. thank you again so much, just wish I had found him sooner !!
