Before I begin any facial treatment, I always start with a few moments to help you fully switch off.

We begin with gentle inhalations of our signature oil, followed by slow, calming movements to help you relax, settle your breathing and prepare your mind and skin for the treatment ahead.

I truly believe this little ritual is just as important as the facial itself. When you’re relaxed, your skin can respond better to the treatment and you can actually enjoy those precious moments of switching off🥰
