I am allways so excited to have you in the salon and want to make sure every client has the best possible experience 💛

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. This gives me a chance to offer the appointment to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please make sure to allow plenty of time to get to your appointment so I can give you the full service you deserve❤️ If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your appointment and it may need to be rescheduled.
If you are running a little behind, please do let me know as soon as you can/if you can as i am aware that it might not allways be possible. On busier days, even a short delay can affect the schedule, but ill always do my best to accommodate you where possible as these things happen!
