Lifting everyday stains is what I do best 😘

* 🦷 Avoid strongly coloured foods and drinks for 24–48 hours (e.g. coffee, tea, red wine, curry, berries, tomato-based sauces).
* 🚭 Avoid smoking or va**ng during this period, as it can cause staining.
* 💧 Drink plenty of water to help rinse away pigments.
* 🪥 Continue brushing and flossing gently as normal, use a whitening toothpaste to keep smiles brighter inbetween session.
* ☕ If you do have tea or coffee, consider using a straw where appropriate and rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
