Two years of Honeydews! 🍈 ☁️✨

It’s hard to believe that two years have passed since I opened the salon! I swear I only filmed the 1 year special last week! 😅

Running a business has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done, but also one of the hardest. There have been incredible highs, difficult lows, challenges I never expected, and so many moments where I’ve had to learn as I go. Building a business isn’t always glamorous, but every obstacle has helped shape Honeydews into what it is today.🫶🏻

This past year in particular has been one we’ll never forget. We took a huge gamble and opened our second salon, something that once felt like a distant dream. Looking back, I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re only just getting started! 💅🏻

None of this would have been possible without the amazing people around me. To every client who has chosen us, recommended us, liked, shared, booked appointments, and supported our small business—thank you. Your loyalty means more than you’ll ever know.🥹

To our incredible team of staff and self-employed beauty professionals, thank you for your hard work, talent, encouragement, and for helping create such a welcoming and supportive environment every single day. Honeydew is what it is because of all of you! ❤️

To my amazing friends and family who have fully supported me through this journey, thank you so much I will be forever grateful for all the times I’ve handed you a paint brush to help with the refurbs or the rants you’ve had to sit through with me and give advice! I love you all! 💚

Running this business hasn’t always been easy, and I’m sure there will be plenty more challenges ahead, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day.
