Sometimes clients come in and apologise for choosing a silent appointment please don’t ever feel like you need to say sorry.

Sometimes you just need to switch off.

No small talk. No pressure to chat. Just calming music, a cosy treatment room and time completely to yourself.

You don’t need to explain why you’ve chosen it either. Whether you’ve had a long day, you’re feeling overwhelmed, or you simply want some peace and quiet that’s exactly what the option is there for.

Your appointment is your time. Enjoy it however feels best for you. 🤍
