I genuinely think we can get caught up in thinking we need more products, more actives, more steps… when sometimes our skin needs the opposite.
My current routine is actually very simple: cleanse, hydrate, moisturise, protect. My main focus is on supporting my skin barrier.
Using lots of different actives and constantly changing your routine can be unnecessary, and for some people, it can leave their skin feeling irritated or overwhelmed.
This is one of the main reasons I have went down the skin care route within - I know how it feels to suffer with breakouts, pores, textured skin. The last few months I have focused on repairing my skin barrier so I can now slowly introduce targeted acids back into my routine, without overwhelming my skin ✨

When more filler isn’t always the answer -
My client came to me for lip filler, but during consultation I noticed significant filler migration into the wet border of the lips. (You can see this on the last photos)
Rather than adding more filler on top of an existing issue, I explained the options and recommended we dissolve the migrated filler first. She decided to put her trust in me and process. We dissolved, allowed the area to settle and then she came back 4 weeks later for a fresh start!
And this is the result - beautiful Russian style lips 👄
