This is a consultation prior to one of my clients services, a step that is highly overlooked in the industry.

There are:
•Signs of over filed nails & damage to the nail plate.
•Dry Cuticles
•Signs of biting

This is just more of a warning, to choose carefully when it comes to your nail tech & the aftercare advice you are giving, each client has individual needs.

• When we say not biting or peeling enhancements off, we mean it.

• When we are taught to lightly etch the nail plate & where the tip meets the nail plate, we do it.

Over-filing can cause so many issues,

•thinning of the nail plate & (splitting, peeling, lifting which can become a permanent problem)

• Fungal infections/ bacterial infections & severe contact allergies can occur.

The point of this post is that, if you want to keep getting enhancements, and prevent lasting problems, find someone who genuinely cares about your nail health rather than the 💰

& take your aftercare seriously 🤎

And as always, any issues, always message your tech, because they’re always there to help if they’re genuine enough in their role 💫
