Six months. And no, we weren’t trying to erase every line.
I actually really love this result.
These photographs were taken six months apart after treatment with Revitalis.
Revitalis is a hyaluronic acid skin booster. Rather than adding volume, we’re using it here to improve hydration, elasticity and the quality of the skin itself.
There are still lines. There’s still normal skin. Her skin hasn’t suddenly become 25 again — and that was never the goal.
But look at the difference.
The skin looks fresher. Softer. Better rested. Those little lines around the mouth aren’t shouting quite as loudly anymore.
And this is where aesthetics gets really exciting.
It doesn’t always have to be about changing something. Sometimes it’s just about making what you already have look a little bit better.
Could we do more? Of course.
But she’s happy here.
And if someone looks in the mirror and thinks, yes — that’s enough for me, then that’s enough for us too.
That’s the bit I think sometimes gets lost in aesthetics. There doesn’t always have to be a next treatment.
Enough is a perfectly beautiful place to be.
If the lines around your mouth are starting to bother you, come and have a chat. We’ll tell you what could realistically improve — and what probably won’t.
No over-promising. No pressure. Just honest advice.

When you look tired, you assume you’ve lost volume.
The interesting bit isn’t the dent lifting. It’s that I only injected one area.
Hyaluronic acid is used in many aesthetic gels and has an affinity for water. But what you see after treatment isn’t simply about how much product has gone in. Where it’s placed, the support it creates and how it behaves in the tissue all matter.
Placement does more than quantity.
And that’s exactly why assessment comes before syringes. Sometimes a small amount in the right place makes sense. Sometimes Dr Raph will tell you filler isn’t the answer at all.
I’m very visual. Sometimes seeing something makes the principle land.
No satsumas were harmed. I ate it afterwards, rehydrated and mildly improved.
Come in for a chat and we’ll tell you what could be done — or what doesn’t need doing. Both are useful answers.

— such a wonderful night out.
If you’ve never been, you’re in for a treat. The cocktails are simply delicious and some are served with a bit of theatre (as shown). My favourite of the night was the Jasmine Fairy.
And if you like a cigar, you’ll be very well looked after too.
The live music made it extra special — didn’t disappoint. Always taking our requests, and just lovely people with it. ❤️
One of the best evenings we’ve had in a long time. Thank you x

When you notice it, the instinct is to do something big.
You spend years not looking too closely. Then one photograph. One changing room mirror. One bad light — and suddenly you want it all reversed by Friday.
But nothing dramatic happened to you.
It accumulated. Quietly. Over years you were busy living — having fun, having children, getting on with it. All of it good.
Which means the answer usually isn’t dramatic either. It’s the same process in reverse. Small things, done properly, given time.
The ones who come in wanting a big change tend to leave with a plan for a slow one. And they’re happier for it.
You didn’t age overnight. You don’t have to undo it overnight either.
Send this to the friend who said the exact same thing to you last week.

When you ask if it can be undone, you’re not really asking about chemistry. You’re asking whether this is a decision you’re allowed to take back.
Here’s the thing. Not everything behaves the same way once it’s in.
Some can be dissolved. Some can’t be dissolved at all — they can only be waited out.
Which is why the question is worth asking before, not after.
Ask what’s going in. Ask how it behaves. Ask what your options are if you change your mind about it in six months.
You should get a straight answer. If you don’t, that tells you something too.
If someone came to mind reading this, send it to them.

When you woke up this morning, you were probably more nervous than they were.
You didn’t say it. You made the tea. You kept your face steady.
Because that’s the job, isn’t it. Holding the worry so they don’t have to carry it too.
Eighteen years of school runs and lost PE kits and sitting up late with them the night before something big.
However today went — they got that far because of you. 🙏🏻

When you ask a question like this, you usually get a paragraph.
You ask Dr Raph and you get a number.
The honest answer is nearly always shorter than the marketed one.
And when someone gives you a range instead of a promise, that’s usually the person telling you the truth
Save this for when someone tells you it lasts exactly a year.
