Advanced lympathic drainage ✨
Sculpt • Drain • Restore

Your C-section scar may be healed… but does it still feel tight, numb, puffy or like your lower tummy just feels different?

Rather than focusing on appearance alone, we work with the scar and surrounding tissues using a combination of scar therapy, myofascial techniques and advanced lymphatic drainage.

Designed to support:

✨ Scar tightness & restriction
✨ Puffiness and fluid retention
✨ The feeling of pulling or heaviness
✨ Abdominal mobility
✨ Core awareness & connection
✨ Tension through the hips, pelvis & lower back
✨ The appearance of the C-section “shelf”

The difference you’re seeing here is after one treatment

And remember — no scar is ever too old to work with. Whether your C-section was months or years ago, scar therapy may still help improve the mobility and comfort of the surrounding tissues.

Because sometimes the scar on the surface is only a small part of what’s happening underneath.

This is more than lymphatic drainage..

The Advanced Lymphatic & Integrated Wellness treatment is our most comprehensive full-body experience — designed for those who feel puffy, heavy, tense, stressed or simply feel like their body needs a complete reset.

Rather than focusing on the lymphatic system alone, we take a whole-body approach, working with the connection between lymphatic flow, fascia, breathing and the nervous system.

Depending on what your body needs, your treatment may include advanced manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial and diaphragmatic release, buccal facial sculpting, acupressure, breathwork and gentle nervous-system supporting techniques.

No two sessions have to look exactly the same — the treatment is tailored to you and what your body needs on the day.

The aim? To leave you feeling lighter, less restricted, deeply relaxed and reconnected with your body. ✨

Buccal Flow Facial 🫧

More than a facial. More than sculpting.

Our Buccal Flow Facial is a specialist treatment that works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension, improve movement and support the face, jaw and nervous system.

Many of us spend hours looking down at screens, clenching our jaws, carrying stress and breathing more shallowly than we realise. Over time this can contribute to facial tension, puffiness, headaches, neck discomfort and a feeling of heaviness.

The jaw is rarely just the jaw. It’s closely connected to posture, breathing, fascia, the lymphatic system and the nervous system.

This treatment is designed to help:

• Release jaw and facial tension

• Support TMJ-related tightness and teeth grinding

• Improve lymphatic drainage and circulation

• Reduce facial puffiness

• Encourage natural lifting and definition

• Promote relaxation and nervous system regulation

Rather than forcing change, this treatment encourages the body to let go of tension and restore natural movement. Using buccal (inside-the-mouth) massage alongside advanced facial lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and techniques that support circulation, this treatment works with your body’s natural anatomy rather than against it.

Many clients describe their face feeling lighter, softer and more relaxed afterwards.

Buccal Flow Facial can be enjoyed as a standalone treatment or incorporated into our Integrated Wellness sessions, where we take a whole-body approach by assessing posture, breathing, fascia, the nervous system and movement patterns to support lasting results beyond the face alone

✨ More Than Just a Scar… The Mummy Method ✨

Around 45% of births in the UK are by C-section, yet many women are only told how to care for the scar on the surface—not what may be happening underneath.

A C-section is major abdominal surgery. While the incision heals, your body continues adapting long afterwards.

Protective muscle guarding and fascial restrictions may also contribute to:

• The “C-section shelf”
• Altered movement patterns
• Pelvic discomfort
• Lower back pain
• Hip tension
• Neck and jaw tightness through the body’s connected fascial lines.

The Mummy Method is about treating more than just the scar.

Every session begins by helping the body feel safe. We assess breathing, posture, fascial restrictions, scar mobility, nervous system regulation and movement patterns before using gentle scar therapy, myofascial techniques and advanced lymphatic work to support your recovery.

Many women notice improvements in:
•Tightness around the scar
•The appearance of a C-section shelf
•Core awareness
•Movement and posture
•Pelvic or lower back discomfort
•Feelings of heaviness and swelling
•Feeling more connected and confident in their body again

Healing isn’t just physical—it’s neurological and emotional too. Every birth story is different, which is why every treatment is tailored to you.

Coming soon to my treatment menu – The Mummy Method. If you’d like to know more about the treatment, whether you’re newly postpartum or had your C-section years ago, please feel free to send me a message with any questions. I’d be more than happy to chat through whether it’s the right treatment for you 🫶🏼

A new approach to lymphatic wellness ✨

Yesterday I started my Advanced Lymphatic & Integrated Wellness training, and I’m so excited to bring this approach to my clients.

One of the biggest things I learned is that lymphatic drainage doesn’t always come first.

Before encouraging lymph flow, we first work to help calm the nervous system, allowing the body to feel safe enough to let go.

In this treatment we focused on:

-Nervous system regulation
-C-section scar release
-Fascia and tissue mobility
-Using the Wellness Sculpt device to support circulation and tissue release
-Finishing with gentle lymphatic drainage

This approach looks at the whole body, not just where symptoms show up. Scar tissue, fascia and the nervous system can all influence how we move, breathe and hold tension. By supporting these first, lymphatic drainage can often be even more effective.

I’m looking forward to offering an even more personalised, integrated approach to help you feel lighter, move better and support your body’s natural healing. ✨

Thirty Eight Wellness

This rebrand feels like the start of such an exciting new chapter, and I have so much planned throughout the year that I can’t wait to share with you all.

The name was inspired by my daughter being born on the thirtieth of the eighth, which is where the meaning behind it comes from and a big part of why I started this journey.

I love helping women feel good about themselves, whether that’s through body sculpting, relaxing treatments like facials and massages, or improving overall wellness with lymphatic drainage. For me, it’s about creating a space where women can take time for themselves, feel more confident, relaxed, and leave feeling their best.

I honestly can’t thank everyone enough who has supported me from day one — every appointment, share, message and recommendations.
