I’ve had a girl send me this video asking if there was anything I could do to help her as she was in a lot of discomfort. As she came to her appointment today she had managed to remove the lashes properly with correct guidance and her natural lashes were so weak & fragile with a lot of big gaps.

In this video you can see multiple extensions and natural lashes are stuck together, also known as ‘stickies’

This happens when isolation is not maintained, too much glue has been used and lashes are not checked before finishing.

This is an issue because when lash bonded together like this video, lashes cannot move independently like they should! As they start to grow out they pull against each other causing discomfort tension and uneven shedding.

Isolation is NOT a luxury step- it is what makes a safe lash application.

When correctly applied lashes should feel lightweight, flexible, comfortable and be brushable without any tension.

Focus should always be on lash health and correct placement so these problems do not happen.
