I could speak about values for ages. Values are something that have driven every aspect of my life and every decision I have ever made. Why I have certain values was never clear to me until I started to explore values in the context of my birth chart and human design body graph. Certain things I could not tolerate or felt empty without in my life started to make more sense.

The explosive way my questions, presence, or line of questioning would clash with a lack of integrity or values misalignment in the workplace has been a big feature of my life. Part of that is because my cancer sun in my 10th house is all about my career and public roles. That is where the great expression of myself emerges - in this arena, which is the work I do in the world. It is deeply tied to my identity, which is why my sun placement is there and having balance or justice in the world is a big motivator for my life, which reflects my Libra rising or ascendent placement as well as my Libra moon.

More importantly, I’m curious… what are your values and what do values mean to you? I have found that they often evoke a reaction from others based on their preconceived notions of what values are - when really, deep down they are simply the things that are most important to us… that we value.

Understanding our values helps liberate us and gives us a framework to understand how we interact with the world. Do you want to explore your values with me?

Welcome to the ‘woo woo.’ The world of the magical and mystical that is within each of us. It is no secret that the rise in our interest in the occult, astrology, tarot, and wisdom traditions is part of a western shift to better make sense of the world without organise religion.

The rise in the health and wellness industry can speak to that very well.

When it comes to astrology, it is wonderful too for self-reflection that is so much more than just horoscopes and ‘sun signs.’ It allows us to better understand the collective feeling, our reactions and relationships to others, as well as our approach to the world. It is a beautiful and complex wisdom tradition that helps us better understand ourselves and our lives.

Astrology is a tool we will be using in these collective experience containers. The question is how much do you woo?

Have you always felt like you have so many ideas or aspects to your personality that choosing one mission, purpose, or direction feels like you are compromising parts of yourself you don’t want to compromise?

Do you have a creative or business idea you would like to explore, but don’t know where to start?

Was there something you wanted to be when you grew up that you were told was not possible? I wanted to be a bear and quickly had those hopes dashed… but I have embodied bear like qualities in how I approach things in life. I’ve always associated bears with warmth, coziness, and porridge (probably too much Godilocks as a little one), which is how I like to make people feel safe and full.

In this collective container I am launching, I am creating a space for you to explore your biggest dreams or smallest dreams (they are welcome to) in a way that will give you the tools you need to pursue your idea.

Using tools such as theta healing, astrology, human design, and trauma-informed practices to create a space for you to have the confidence to pursue the things you have always wanted in life.
