The Dread Doctor

We quietly await our first customer today. It has been slow on the page but not in the studio.
Lots to do at the moment, and social media has never been my strong point. Just like many small businesses I wear all the hats for every part of my business. Throw a few major life events in there and you realize that social media doesn't matter. It's ok. It will always be there.
So here we are having just a little moment like we often do before the day fully begins 🙏❤️

We are back with force 💪 After what has been such a painful few months after losing my Mum, I am glad to say I am back in the studio and it was great to take on this challenge to really ground myself back into my work. This lovely client suffered some hair loss after a period of illness. This can sometimes happen due to a lowered immune system. We had attached some a few weeks back and this session was about getting the rest nice and secured back where they belong.
So just a bit of background. The hair had thinned which meant that some dreads had literally just fallen off. Then we had to wait until enough hair started to re-grow. When it was long enough we could lock the roots again and attach the old dreads.
It's a lot of work but worth it 🙏❤️
