We are trying to get in touch with a client who visited our salon today (around 4:38 PM – 5:44 PM).

The services carried out during this visit included:
Biab French tips with chrome on top, shellac on toe nails

After the service, the client informed us that a bank transfer had been made to our business account. However, up to now, we have not received the payment.

We understand that this may be due to a simple mistake (such as incorrect details, delayed transaction, or a system issue), and we would like to check and resolve this matter as quickly and clearly as possible.
