90 minutes of deeply intuitive, sacred bodywork — created uniquely for you.
Every body carries a story.
Tension, emotion, energy, memories and experiences can all become held within us.
Your treatment begins with a gentle, intuitive consultation — creating space to connect with what your body, mind and energy are asking for in that moment.
From there, I weave together intuitive massage, fascia release and energy work, allowing the treatment to unfold organically and intuitively.

There’s a reason I’m so drawn to touch.
I love those quiet moments when someone’s whole body seems to say, “I can finally let go.”
The shoulders soften.
The breath deepens.
The face relaxes.
Something shifts.
That moment is why I created Root & Rise.
I wanted to create treatments that feel personal — not rushed, not clinical, and never one-size-fits-all.
A space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Where I can work intuitively with your body through deeply nourishing massage, restorative facials and energy rituals, creating an experience that feels both grounding and uplifting.
For me, beauty isn't just about how you look.

Today was such a special day as I opened the doors to my very own beautiful studio at Salon Studios, Corstorphine. I am beyond excited to begin this new chapter and to welcome you all into a space that has been created with so much love, care, and passion. ✨
