Exploring the role of touch in modern yoga teaching.

Breathe Better
Explore breath, stress and the nervous system, with practical tools to take into your own teaching and practice.

Whether you’re a new teacher, a seasoned yogi or just looking to lower stress, you won’t want to miss these workshops.

Free Bus to the Beatson Cancer Charity's Yellow Yogis this Sunday 🚌
On Sunday 13th September, 3,000 people will come together at the iconic Glasgow SEC for the UK’s largest-ever community yoga class, Yellow Yogis, in support of Beatson Cancer Charity.
Coming to Yellow Yogis? We’ve got your transport sorted. 🚌
We’re putting on a FREE Tribe bus from The Dome to the SEC and back, so all you need to do is grab your ticket and turn up.
