You Can Sauna

The week commencing 12th October at You Can Sauna 🔥🧡

That’s right, we’re increasing the capacity at Mamhead, with our original sauna being added and more rinsing/plunging options. Available to book out privately or for communal sessions 🤩

Jake has been working hard at our Weston site to improve the facilities and your experiences. With newly added changing tents, hot and cold drinks available, and a cold shower for those who want the contrast without having to head down to the sea! 🌊

We will be hosting an official relaunch for the Weston site over the weekend of the 24&25th October, with saunas for only £5 and free herbal teas on offer 🤭🙏

Sunday 18th also marks World Menopause Day, we are dedicating our 4:25pm slot at Mamhead to a ‘talk menopause’ session, allowing women to come along to talk, listen and relate 😌🫶

Happy Sauna’ing this week everyone, and don’t forget to tag us in your photos/videos 🤩🧡

Upgrade your sauna sessions this weekend 😌🧡

🌍 World Mental Health Day is on Sunday 10th October, we all know how amazing sauna is for the mind and how important it is to slow down and take some time you. Enjoy a free salt scrub with your sauna on Sunday as a bonus bit of care from us 🫶

☕️ Enjoy a FROM TREES herbal tea after your sessions at both of our sites, just to take your dose of wellness that little further 😌

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽 Bring a friend along for a sauna at our Weston site and both enjoy a free drink on us, now’s your time to convince your friend to come and try the sauna with a sea view at Marine Lake 🤭

🍂 The Autumn, colder, rainy days are here and what better way to spend them than to be cosied up in a warm sauna, with our fire pit evenings back at Mamhead and golden sunsets over the sea at Weston🔥
