Any tips on how to drop a client?? 🙈

This client comes in, demands a blow dry without an appointment, tells me exactly how much she wants cut off, insists on free snacks and fizzy juice and then has the audacity to refuse to pay for her service 🙄

Ok she’s my daughter and not an actual client but I did not sign up for this 🤣🤣

Follow up from my previous post regarding appointments ❤️

Ok that was fast 🙈, I’ve been through a lot of messages and December is going quick! Very limited spaces left between 17th to 22nd

I only have two colour spaces left in September so I have opened up Tuesday 22nd as an extra day.

Fully booked the first two weeks of October, very limited the last week.

November seems ok for now.

I’ll keep everyone updated on spaces but I might need to close my book for new clients again.

Again thank you for booking in and putting up with me stressing out over so many messages i do this to myself every year 🤣❤️

It’s that time of year……..
Christmas appointments 🎄🙈

My diary is now open for the remainder of the year, September is almost fully booked and October/ December are already pretty busy so please can my regulars book in asap as I have added all extra days/ hours I am able to do and won’t be adding additional working hours other than what I have in place already.

I am not working from the 23rd of December until after new year due to being away with my family.

At this moment I am taking on new clients but I expect my books to close pretty soon again.

I also expect to be receiving a LOT of messages after this post so please double check your appointment times/dates with me when you are next in the salon to make sure we both have the same.
