Something so helping for aiding proper recovery for a C-section scar is cupping. It does something that manual massage cannot and that’s creating what we call negative pressure. It pulls up the skin, fat and fascia from the muscle wall.

I perform both manual scar massage and cupping during my C-section scar massage sessions, but cupping is just an amazing too to use along side the manual massage too!
