❤️ I honestly don’t know where to start… what a night! ❤️

Last night we attended the North East Hair & Beauty Awards, and I’m still feeling completely overwhelmed, proud and incredibly grateful. 🥹🏆

We were so proud to reach the finals for:

✨ Hairdressing & Beauty Salon of the Year
✨ Salon Team of the Year
✨ Barbershop of the Year
✨ And our amazing Nicole was a finalist for Barber of the Year ❤️

Then came the moment we’ll never forget…

This award genuinely means the world to me.

I’ve always said you’re only as good as the team around you, and this award reflects every single person who walks through our doors each day and gives their all.

Our team work so hard to maintain high standards, support each other, make our clients feel welcome and create the happy, slightly crazy place that Legends21 has become. 😂❤️

From our stylists and barbers, to our work placements and even our very own young Saturday girl — you ALL matter. Every single one of you plays such an important part in our business and it simply wouldn’t run without you.

And then there are our clients… ❤️

Where would we be without you?

You keep our chairs full, you support us, recommend us, laugh with us, trust us with your hair and somehow put up with us week after week. 😂

If there had been an award for Clients of the Year, I genuinely think we would have brought that one home too! 🏆😂

You are the reason we get to come to work and do something we love every day. You have helped us build not just a business, but a place filled with friendships, laughter and so many memories.

I will never be able to thank you enough for the support you continue to give Legends21. ❤️

And finally, a very special thank you to the people who probably sacrifice the most… our families.

You take a back seat more often than you should. You hear “I’ll be finished at 5” and know that probably means “I’ll see you about 8.” 😂

You put up with the late nights, early mornings, messages being answered at ridiculous times, award nights, training, plans changing and the fact that running a salon never really switches off.

Thank you for supporting us, believing in us and loving us through all of the madness. We couldn’t do any of this without you. ❤️

Last night wasn’t just about receiving an award.

It was about looking around and realising how incredibly lucky I am to have the people I have around me.

It’s that time of year again… when the barbershop starts to look a little like Clarks Shoes in back-to-school week! 😂👞✂️

We’re expecting to be VERY busy, so please be prepared for slightly longer waiting times than usual.

And parents — don’t stress! ❤️ If the kids want to get up, have a wander, play with the toys or need a little extra time to settle, that’s absolutely fine with us.

We want to make getting their back-to-school haircut as relaxed and stress-free as possible for both you and them.

📅 Appointments are strongly recommended to help reduce your waiting time.

🚶 Walk-ins are still very welcome, but please expect a wait during our busiest periods.

Fresh trims, happy kids and hopefully slightly less stressed parents! 😂

You can catch Lilyia 9-5 on both Monday and Tuesday before she goes to Cream Fields

You can catch Nic on both Monday and Tuesday 9-5, Thursday and Friday 9-7 and Saturday 8-3

Book an appointment where possible via fresha or you can call or drop us a message and we can pop it in for you. Walk ins also welcome but we do expect it to be very busy so you may experience longer waiting times.
