I've had a number of missed appointments and last-minute cancellations this week. Unfortunately, this has a significant impact on my business, both financially and because it prevents other clients from booking those appointment times.
I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you provide as much notice as possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else and helps me continue providing the best service to all of my clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
