It’s still not 100% finished but it still felt like coming home. Like I’ve been here forever.

My favourite moment of the day? Seeing a long-term patient chatting away to someone who’d just walked through our doors for the first time. That’s exactly the kind of community we want to create here.

This is the very lovely Emily who is getting married soon. #

Emily came for a consultation a few months ago as she really didn’t like her lack of chin. It is something that had bothered her for years and now she wanted to do something about it.

She really wanted to improve her profile ready for her wedding photos so she didn’t feel self conscious and can properly relax and feel her best on her big day.

This is only the first stage of her treatment plan and she already feels so much better.

I’ve been quiet lately - I’ve felt like the last month or so has been manic! I’m still on annual leave but I’m back soon with lots of Oracle newness to tell you all about 👏🏼 🤍

Growth looks different for everyone. And it doesn’t have to be something huge.

For me today, it was working on something new behind the scenes but also remembering to just take a minute and meet my friend for a coffee in the sun. Both food for the soul.

For my youngest, it was FaceTiming Mam to check it was ok to stay out with his friends, instead of coming straight home to see me from school.

A little reminder that everything moves forward and that is ok. You can change something for you too 🫶🏼
