This is just a warning to anyone that is interested in taking their teeth whitening or tooth gem course to avoid At all cost

From the beginning with this company I have had nothing but issues from accessing courses to being provided equipment to response from the start

I have spent now over £2000 on them and the lack of training is a strong word to use or even quality of the company is appalling

I have attached images of issues at hand from the start with this company and how long things have been taken to be dealt with

They are fast at taking your money but slow at everything else

During your whitening training you are advised from the start that after the treatment that the aftercare bundles and refills are essential to your clients whitening results and again this was stated over to the phone to myself and which I was told that the stock was needed and I agreed to pay £590 for this in January still to this day I do not have the stock

I also raised the issue multiple times that on their client website there is nothing available for the tooth gem kit again nothing was done about this and I was left on read.
Their kit for this course is the bare minimum and covers maybe 4 clients the rest I have had to source out of pocket despite being £999 for the course you would think you would have top level help and stock for the costs

Even down to completing my courses I had been advised over the phone that I was officially qualified and my certificates would be available to me still nothing I have received and on my online portal it is saying my courses are incomplete!

There has been nothing but lies and now I am fully ignored I have gave this company multiple chances to do right but now I am giving a warning to anyone to avoid them at all cost I am out of pocket and let un satisfied and I don’t want anyone else to be the same
