We’ve got a rare space available for our Monday and Thursday 6:00pm Group PT sessions.

This is a great way to train with structure, support, and a friendly group around you — without the cost of traditional 1-to-1 personal training.

The membership is normally £125 per month. To get the group started, the first person to reply will receive 20% off.
