Here are 5 things to avoid after your treatment if you want to give your results the best chance to develop:
🚫 No rubbing or massaging the treated areas
🛌 No lying flat for 4 hours
🏋🏼♀️ No intense workouts straight away
🔥 No saunas, steam rooms or excessive heat
💆🏼♀️ No facials or treatments involving lots of pressure straight away
And please… don’t stare in the mirror 47 times waiting for your forehead to freeze 😂
Anti-wrinkle treatment takes time to work, so be patient with your results. Your practitioner will advise you when to review your treatment and whether any adjustment is needed. 🤍

Deeper doesn’t always mean better when it comes to microneedling 🙌🏻
When it comes to microneedling, it’s not about creating as much trauma as possible — it’s about creating controlled, purposeful micro-injuries to stimulate the skin’s natural repair process. ✨
Going deeper doesn’t automatically mean better results. In fact, using a depth that’s inappropriate for the area, skin type or treatment goal can create unnecessary inflammation and downtime.
My approach is all about controlled treatment, correct technique and treating the skin for what it actually needs — whether that’s improving texture, hydration, luminosity or overall skin quality.
And you don’t need to leave a treatment looking like you’ve had a fight with a cheese grater to know it’s worked 😂🙌🏻
With the right protocol, microneedling can leave the skin looking fresh, plump, hydrated and beautifully glowy, while working towards longer-term improvements in skin quality.
