From next week I’m closing my diary to ALL NEW CLIENTS - if you haven’t got an appointment booked, get booked now!

If you’re an existing client, you’ll be able to book me online as normal but if you haven’t been in with me before the option won’t be there from Monday 🫶

This is the first time I’ve closed my books in 10 years of doing brows and I’m a little nervous, HOWEVER, I’m so thankful for everyone who continues to support the salon & recommends me to their friends, family & colleagues but I currently can’t even get my regular clientele in when they want.

I want to continue to give the best service I possibly can to my clients who are in my chair so until it dies down a little bit this is the best option to make sure I can make space for you all!!!

After Gemma gets back from her holiday she’ll be looking at opening her books to brow clients too 🥰💛

So PLEASE, if you want a chance of getting in - get an appointment in the diary, that way you’ll be able book future appointments.

It’s the busiest week of the year in the Hair & Beauty industry! 🎄

We are so excited to welcome you all and get you all ready for the festivities ahead - we ask that you give this a quick skim to make sure you’re upto date with our policies as every salon is different!

• Please arrive on time! We allow up to 10 minutes lateness - full appointment may not be able to be carried out after this time & you may still be charged full price.

• You can cancel / amend online up to 72 hours before your appointment. We understand things come up last minute, so we ask that you let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Messages will take a little while to be responded to as I’m currently doing 12-13 hour days back to back. If it’s urgent, give us a call on 0141 389 8146.

• New client? Pop by for a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. No booking necessary for this!

• We have FREE street parking & there’s a car park next to citizens advice that’s free for up to 3 hours.

• Don’t be a dick to our team. We’re trying to enjoy this season too!

• Cash payments preferred! Bank transfer available.
