I've not posted in a while because... well if you are already a client you'll know the universe is inside out and upside down right now but.... this happened today!

Most certainly news worthy! Javi was one of my classmates at massage school and in fact we were exam bodies for each other... now he's back in the city and coming to me for his reset and recharges 🥰

Day 4,876 at sea, I'm starting to worry about the cake situation but I've found cookies so all shall be fine..

I woke up yesterday to a glacier and today the Fjords are topped with snow, just beautiful,  what a treat.. my companion is not relishing the cold weather sadly but sun and heat are expected in a few days as we venture up the Argentine coast 🤞

My interests as you may have noticed here or in your time with me don't follow norms - again the buildings, sculptures, street art, sea trash and other oddities capture my attentions so I'll share them with you.

Day 687 at sea, my fellow travellers still seem in good spirits and we have yet to run out of cake...

To be honest I'm not so sure if the cruise life is for me but being so close to the majestic ocean all the time is certainly a wonderful privilege I do not take for granted..

being gently rocked to sleep and waking early and creaping up on deck to listen to the quiet hum of the ships engines and the sea lapping the hull as she makes space for our lumbering bulk while my fellow shipmates are still in their bunks are very special experiences for me.

We hopped on shore today briefly and you will not be surprised to know I homed in on the street art and sculptures.. much the same as i do with your tricky spots when you settle on my couch for your reset and recharge experience with me 😊

We had a great adventure in Santiago, what a beautiful, noisey, colourful and intoxicating city.. so BIG, so full, so much nature! I loved all the street art, sculptures and architecture, I could wander for days and not see all the amazing artistic talent on showcase nor tire of it.

I've made no bones about how this trip is pushing me to face some pretty big personal challenges and also forcing me to stare down some of my demons and lay them to rest...

Today most certainly started to tick these boxes, especially when we went in the cable car, I'm insainly proud of myself...

Anyhow, coming to me at Fitzroy Place is most certainly not a challenge and you are more than welcome to try to lay your own trials to rest, even for a bit, as you settle on the couch for your reset and recharge or to have your knots worked out, it's your time and space 😊 I'll be back in session on the 9th of March and have a few appointments still available, I'd love to see you.

Ps the story of the selfie with the mystery woman is one for another time but needless to say she touched our lives in a truly profound way and completely reinforced my views on everything happening for a reason 🥰 amazing humans do really exist...

We made it to Santiago! What a journey! Wee seating hiccups and an unexpected stop in Beunos Aires, which resulted in our last leg being in business class so we can't complain...

This building fascinated me, perfect newly painted and restored facade but ruins behind, I'm curious 🤔

I'm trying to think of a clever way to bring this round to massage but my brain is empty after a.busy travel adventure... however my wonderful companions weary feet are resting, resetting, and recharging, having benefited from a gentle cooling rub down from her very own private masseuse 😉

A week today I'm off on an adventure with my beloved dear friend Doreen and we are going here!!

Three weeks to soak up the magic, wonder and beauty that South America and endless miles of ocean have to offer, a real unique and special opportunity for me to reset and recharge after a dozey of a challenging 2024...

Today is my last Sunday in session until the 9th of March, there are still a few appointments available this coming Thursday but if you don't grab one of these I will look forward to seeing you for your reset and recharge when I get back 🥰

But it's too hard!

That's what my inner voice says to me about writing posts to share with you... on closer inspection of 'what' is so hard about these posts it's dawned on me...

It's not the *writing* that's hard!  It's settling on just the right image to draw you in that has me frozen. So today I offer you my cute little essential oil burner to look at😊 I promise I'll keep trying 😬

Believe it or not, this makes me think on my massage learning this far, often times what we think is the problem isn't actually the root of the issue.  This suits me just fine because trying to find the source of tension and discomfort is where my comfort zone sits.

I use gentle pressures and strokes to try and isolate the muscles that are tight and trace them to their source so I can ease into these areas to try and offer you some gentle release.

All the while my main priority remains your relaxation with the view of giving your body and mind a chance to reset and recharge ready for whatever's next ♥️
