Over the few months I've been quieter here.
Not because I've stopped believing in this work, but because life has asked me to slow down, reflect, and move through some of my own challenges.
Like so many of us, I've experienced seasons where things have felt uncertain, and I've realised that healing isn't about having all the answers, it's about continuing to return to yourself.
One thing that hasn't changed is my belief in the power of connection, energy, and remembering who we truly are beneath the noise of everyday life.

🌕 Full Moon in Capricorn ♑ + Mercury Retrograde in Cancer ♋

A time of returning to the foundations of our soul

This Full Moon arrives with a powerful invitation: to look honestly at what we have built, what we are carrying, and what is ready to be released.
Capricorn energy asks us to rise into our inner authority.
Not through force, perfection, or proving ourselves, but through integrity.
This is the energy of the mountain: the slow climb, the lessons learned, the wisdom gained through every step.

Under this moonlight, we are being asked:
