With Christmas approaching and a very busy month ahead I would just like to politely remind you of my Cancellation Policy.

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or less before your appointment time will result in a full fee for the scheduled treatment.
Failing to attend your appointment without any notice will result in a full fee for the scheduled treatment.
No future bookings will be made until the fee is paid. If the fee isn’t paid all future appointments will be cancelled.
