Mini Vent, Big Relief is for:
• “I don’t know where to start”
• “I just need to get this off my chest”
• “I don’t want anything intense”
• “I haven’t really got anyone to talk to”

No pressure.
No fixing.
Just a calm, confidential space to talk things through, even if it’s messy or unclear.
