Salon Cancellation Policy

Appointments

• If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

Late Cancellations

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No-Shows

• If you do not attend your appointment and have not let us know, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Deposits

• Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit when booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that emergencies can happen. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
