I’m so excited to be introducing Express Henna Designs to my treatment menu! Whether you’re off on holiday, attending a festival, celebrating a special occasion, or simply fancy something a little different, I now offer beautiful hand-designed henna that can be completed in as little as 10–30 minutes.

Many people don’t know that, alongside my career as a nail educator, I was also a UK Educator for Pavan Beauty. My role was to teach professional henna techniques as an additional service for nail technicians, showing them how henna could complement nail treatments and offer clients something a little different.

Pavan Dhanjal is one of the world’s most recognised henna artists. She is a two-time Guinness World Record holder as the world’s fastest henna artist, was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to the beauty industry, and helped bring professional henna into the mainstream with henna bars in major retailers such as Topshop and Selfridges.

I’ve always loved creating beautiful art, whether it’s on nails or skin, and I’m really looking forward to bringing this creative treatment to my clients at Tip Top Toe Salon.

If you’ve noticed a little lifting or your nails aren’t lasting quite as long lately… don’t panic, and definitely don’t blame yourself (or me! 😉).

When the weather heats up, so do our hands! More sweating, more swimming, more sun cream, more holidays, more gardening, more BBQs… our nails are living their best life too! ☀️🏖️

All that extra moisture and heat can affect how well nail enhancements stay bonded to the natural nail. Even the strongest products can struggle if your nails are constantly exposed to water, sweat and everyday summer fun.
