🐝🩷A few things to help you prepare for the cough and cold season🌿💫
🍊🌸Homemade Turkish delight👌🩷
3 and 1/2 cups of water, 3tbsp hibiscus and 2tbsp chamomile simmer to the strength of tea you like
mix 1/2 cup of the tea with 2/3 cup of arrow root powder
mix the rest of the tea with 5tbsp geletin (or agar powder) and 3tbsp honey then add the tea mixed with the arrow root to thicken
remove from the heat and pop in a dish lined with baking paper leave to set on the fridge for a few hours
then cut and dust with arrow root or dip in dark chocolate 👌 enjoy 😉
