💋 Hot weather + fresh lip filler? Here’s what to keep in mind:

• ☀️ Avoid direct sun and excessive heat for 24–48 hours.
• 🧊 Expect a little more swelling than usual in hot weather.
• 💧 Stay well hydrated.
• 🧴 Wear SPF around the lips (once any injection points have closed).
• ❄️ Use a cool compress if needed (don’t apply ice directly).
• 🍷 Avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, saunas and hot tubs for 24 hours.
• 💄 Avoid touching or applying lipstick/makeup to the lips for the first 24 hours.
• 💜 Bruising may be slightly more likely in warmer weather – this is completely normal.
