We’re looking for a warm, professional & highly organised Front of House Manager to join our team at our established independent day spa. 🤍

PART-TIME | APPROX. 28 HOURS
📅 Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
💷 £27,000–£30,000 pro rata + quarterly bonus
✨ Depending on experience

Your role will include:
• Managing Front of House & reception
• Opening the spa
• Welcoming and caring for our clients
• Managing bookings & enquiries
• Supporting rebooking, retail & treatment sales
• Guiding reception colleagues
• Maintaining our luxury standards
• Handling client queries confidently
• Supporting social media & content creation
• Working closely with our Spa Manager & Supervisor

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Highly organised & confident
💬 An excellent communicator
🌿 Passionate about exceptional customer service
💼 Commercially aware
📱 Comfortable with booking & computer systems

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa, salon, hotel or wellness is preferred, with luxury experience being an advantage.

Wednesday | 8.30am–8pm
Friday | 8.30am–6pm
Saturday | 8.30am–6pm
