After one treatment we helped release my clients tight Psoas on her right side which improved her hip and pelvic movement. When the psoas relaxes, the pelvis can return to a more balanced alignment, allowing the gluteal muscles and core to work more effectively.This can reduce strain on the hips, improve walking and posture, and ease compensatory tension in the lower back and surrounding hip muscles. My client also suffers with bursitis, to help ease the inflammation we worked on gluteal, more gentle work on the TFL and IT band.
