I know it’s easy to forget, but I’m spending a lot of time having to chase payments afterwards. Unfortunately, there’s no phone signal in the shop, so bank transfers often get forgotten once you’ve left.

Just a little update for all my lovely clients.

My little girl is currently in hospital, and we’re waiting for further scans and answers, so unfortunately I’m unsure what this week is going to look like.

As a result, I may need to cancel or rearrange some appointments at short notice. I will contact anyone affected as soon as I know more and will do my best to reschedule appointments as quickly as possible.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and support. Right now, my focus needs to be on my daughter and being with her while we wait for more information.

Just a little update regarding bookings ✨

Going forward, I will no longer be taking appointments through messages or in person. All appointments must now be booked through the app, with the required deposit paid at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, I’ve been let down far too many times recently with no deposits paid, clients not turning up, and outstanding payments after treatments. As many of you know, I often come in on my days off and arrange childcare to accommodate appointments, so missed appointments and unpaid treatments have a huge impact on both my business and personal time.

Please can I also remind clients that remaining balances must be paid immediately after your treatment appointment.

I hope everyone understands why these changes are necessary. Thank you so much to all my loyal clients for your continued support 💕
