✨ WE’RE HIRING — SALON RECEPTIONIST ✨

With The Glam Lab X getting busier than ever, we’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised receptionist to join our team and take control of our front of house. 🤍

We need someone who can help take the pressure off our girls so they can concentrate fully on their clients, while you keep everything behind reception running smoothly.🙌🏼🩷

The role will include managing bookings, answering phone calls, general admin, welcoming and looking after clients, making teas & coffees, and helping with the day-to-day organisation of a very busy salon.

💻 Experience using Fresha or a similar booking system would be a bonus, but it is NOT essential. Full training can be provided, so please don’t let this put you off applying if you feel you’d be perfect for the role.

✨ A trial will be mandatory for shortlisted applicants. This gives us the chance to see how you work within a busy salon environment, how you interact with our clients and team, and most importantly, whether the role feels like the right fit for both of us.

We’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, multitask, use their initiative and bring a warm, professional energy to our reception. 💕
