Here’s a reminder of my appointment policies when booking with Glos Hair ✨

These are in place for not only your security, but mine as well. I’ve had a couple of people, not many thank god, cancel on the day of their appointment even after acknowledging the reminder message I send out 24 hours prior.

By telling me on the day of your appointment that you can’t attend, a full payment will be required. If not, I unfortunately won’t be able to book you back in until the balance is resolved.

I’m sorry to do this and I do understand that things happen and life gets in the way but that’s why I send the reminder message out.
