Nadine Baggott made some damaging statements about us "small nail businesses" and how compared to "big, reputable salons" suggesting we are more likely to decanter products and not use correctly etc. It is not a fair or factual representation to the beauty industry.

There are thousands of highly qualified, professional, small salon owners who take enormous pride in their work, invest in genuine professional products, follow manufacturer guidance and put their clients’ safety first.

Being a small salon does not mean being unprofessional.

Being independent does not mean cutting corners.

And being a big salon certainly doesn’t automatically make you more reputable.

We work incredibly hard to build trust with our clients, and one careless or misleading implication on national television can undermine years of hard work.
