☀️ Holiday Reminder ☀️

Just a little reminder that I’ll be away from 26th August until 3rd September. ✈️🤍

As it’s the school holidays, I’ve also reduced my working days and extended my hours where possible, so my diary is much busier than usual and I have very little flexibility.

I do still have a few appointments remaining, so if you haven’t booked your nails or laser appointment yet, I’d definitely recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Just a little reminder 💕

I’ve had 3 last-minute cancellations this week, so I just wanted to mention my cancellation policy again.

When you book your own appointment, you’ll receive both text and email reminders, and because appointments are self-booked, I do my best to make sure everyone has plenty of notice. This is a system I pay for and is a Cost to me as it’s the simplest way to book.

During the summer holidays I’ve reduced my working days so I can spend more time with my children, which means appointments are much more limited. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t turn up, it means:

• I’ve lost that income.
• I could have been doing something else with my family.
• Someone else misses out on an appointment they may have really wanted.

I completely understand that life happens, especially during the holidays, and genuine emergencies are different. But please remember that I wouldn’t leave you waiting on my doorstep, so I’d really appreciate the same courtesy.

As always, there is a late cancellation/no-show fee in place. It’s something I genuinely hate having to enforce, but it’s there to protect my time and my business.
