✨ Old SPMU refresh + natural brow enhancement ✨

This lovely client came to me with old SPMU still visible through the brows, alongside areas of sparse natural hair and uneven density.

As this was her first appointment with me, the aim was to lay the foundations rather than try to achieve everything in one session. We focused on working with her existing SPMU, refining her natural shape and adding carefully placed hair strokes to create more balance, definition and a softer, more natural-looking brow. 🤎

We have a second appointment planned, where we can build on these foundations (if required) and make any further refinements once everything has settled.

After taking these photographs, I also made a small, subtle adjustment to one brow, adding a couple of extra strokes to further balance the shape and density.

The goal isn’t to completely change someone’s brows — it’s to enhance what they already have and create a result that feels like them, just better. ✨

Both techniques lift and enhance your natural lashes, but the finish is completely different.

The focus is on LIFT rather than curl.
The lashes are lifted more vertically from the root, creating a longer, more elongated appearance. The curl is softer through the lengths, giving a beautifully open, fresh and natural-looking eye.

A traditional lash lift creates more of a curved curl through the lashes. This gives a more noticeable rounded effect and can make the lashes look instantly more dramatic and curled.

🤎 18 MONTH COLOUR BOOST 🤎

I originally created these brows around 18 months ago, so it was time for a little colour refresh.

I absolutely love seeing my work healed over time — the pigment has softened beautifully while the original shape and hairstroke detail are still visible. ✨

At her colour boost appointment simply brought the colour and definition back up, keeping everything soft and natural.

And the sweetest feedback from my client? 🥹🤎

She told me having microblading was the best thing she’s ever done 🥰

Honestly, comments like that mean the world to me. Knowing that my work has made such a difference to how someone feels about their brows — and that they’ve loved them for the last 18 months — is exactly why I do what I do.

✨ From old PMU she hated… to brows she finally loves ✨

This one means a lot. 🤍

My client came to me with very faded old PMU that she really disliked. Understandably, she was nervous and scared that having her brows worked on again could make things worse.

Working over old PMU requires a completely different approach. You have to consider what pigment remains, work with what is already there, and create a new shape and hairstrokes that complement the existing brow rather than simply trying to cover everything.

We started with a softer approach at her first session, allowing us to see how everything healed before deciding on any adjustments.

And this is her healed result after one session… ✨

We completed her top-up yesterday and went just a touch darker, adding a little more depth while keeping the brows soft, natural and hair-like.

The best part? She was so happy. 🥹🤍

Seeing a nervous client walk in worried about her brows and leave feeling confident and happy with them is exactly why I love what I do.

Old PMU doesn’t always mean starting again from scratch — sometimes, with the right assessment and a careful approach, we can work with what is there and create something you’re much happier with.
