❗️Information Regarding Lash Infills - Please read❗️

As you may know, lash infills are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks, or when you have approximately 40% of your lash extensions remaining.

Please note that the 40% refers to lashes that are still suitable for an infill and do not require removal - for example, lashes that have not grown out or become unsuitable for infilling.

Mini Infills

Mini infills are available for appointments booked within 7 - 10 days of your previous appointment and more than half your lash set is still in tact.

A mini infill does not apply if you would normally have a 3 week infill but choose to return after 2 weeks instead. The appointment type is based on the amount of regrowth and lashes remaining, rather than simply the number of weeks since your last appointment.

Please be mindful that the time allocated for each appointment reflects the amount of work required and, ultimately, this is my livelihood.

I aim to keep my pricing fair and consistent for everyone, while ensuring that each client receives the time, care and quality they deserve.

Just as with any other professional service, pricing is based on the service being provided rather than on how much of the previous service remains.

I have been lenient in the past however it’s not something I can keep doing going forward so I will be updating my policies to reflect the above.
