Root & Restore

Come spend the weekend with me 🤍

A weekend of learning, hypnotherapy, and taking another step towards something I’m really passionate about. So much to learn, and I’m excited to share more of the journey with you. ✨

Mums, when was the last time you had an hour where nobody needed anything from you?....

An actual hour that’s just for YOU.

You can get £10 off your massage each month with our Wellbeing Membership.

Because somewhere between school runs, packed lunches, work, washing and remembering absolutely EVERYTHING for everyone... we forget to make time for ourselves!

For the mum who’s always looking after everyone else… 🤎

Here’s your reminder that you deserve looking after, too.

A little time to slow down, switch off and let someone else take care of you for a change.

Whether it’s a deeply relaxing massage or a facial that leaves you feeling refreshed, your time matters just as much as everyone else’s.

✨ A few appointments available this week in Hinckley.

Book your time to switch off via the link in my bio.

Rich in life because… 🤎✨

POV: your mind finally gets to switch off ☁️🤍

The sounds of relaxation, the gentlest touch and 40 minutes of pure escapism.

Head in the Clouds ☁️
Your sign to slow down, switch off and let someone else take care of you.

A little reminder that you don’t always need to do more.

Sometimes you just need to lie down, switch off and let someone else take care of you for a while 🤍

My 75-minute Relaxation Facial combines beautiful skincare with facial massage, head massage and neck & shoulder massage — so you can leave feeling relaxed, rested and cared for.

I have a couple of appointments available this Friday.

A little more space in my diary this week 🤍

Now that Harry is at school, I have more daytime availability than I’ve had in a long time — which means more opportunities for you to finally book that treatment you’ve been putting off.

Massage, relaxation facials and proper time to switch off.

A little weekend in my life 🤎

A busy Saturday with clients, my favourite new breakfast, dinner and w**e with friends… followed by a slow Sunday morning, Autumn shopping and time with the kids.

Nothing fancy, just a weekend well spent 🍂☕️🤎

Do you prefer a busy weekend or a slow one?

To anyone who hasn’t been in for a while… 🤍

Please know that you are always welcome back.

Life gets busy. Work, children, family, holidays, finances, changing routines… sometimes taking time for yourself simply slips down the list.

And if it’s been months since your last appointment, there’s absolutely no need to feel awkward about coming back.

There’s no judgement here, no questions about where you’ve been — just a warm welcome, a comfortable treatment room and some time to switch off.

So whether it’s been a few weeks, a few months or even longer…

your space is still here whenever you’re ready. 🤍
