A Few Friendly Salon Reminders 💕

To help our salon run as smoothly as possible and allow our therapists to provide every client with the best service and experience, we’d really appreciate your support with the following:

• Please avoid cancelling appointments unless absolutely necessary. As we are often fully booked, it may not be possible to rearrange your appointment until your next scheduled visit.

• We recommend booking your appointments 6–8 weeks in advance. Our diary fills up very quickly, and booking ahead helps us secure your preferred date and time.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your therapist may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment.

• If you would like nail art, please let us know when booking. Unfortunately, if it hasn’t been booked in advance, we may not have enough time to add it on during your appointment.

• Please note that the cost of your treatment may vary between appointments. This will depend on the time and products required on the day. For example, if we’ve needed to repair a broken nail, your appointment is over four weeks since your last visit and requires a full rebalance, or you’ve chosen additions such as tips, chrome, or nail art, the price may differ from your previous appointment.

• Please only book the treatments you require. We carefully allocate enough time for the treatments booked, so we’re often unable to accommodate additional treatments on the day.

• Please take good care of your nails between appointments. Following our aftercare advice will help keep them looking their best.

• If you have broken or damaged any nails before your appointment, please let us know in advance. This allows us to allocate enough time for any repairs before your scheduled treatment begins.

We also kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to appointment availability. We work long hours, including late evenings and weekends, with very few breaks, and our diary is often at full capacity. If we’re unable to fit you in or move your appointment, please know it’s simply because we have no extra availability—not because we don’t want to help.

If a cancellation becomes available, we’ll always do our very best to offer it to you.
