**Heads Up About Cancellations & No-Shows**

Hey! I totally get that life happens — but to keep things running smoothly, here’s my new policy:

**Need to cancel?**
No worries, just give me at least **24 hours’ notice**. If it’s any later than that, I might have to charge **50% of the appointment cost**.

**Last-minute cancel or no-show?**
If you cancel with **less than 2 hours' notice** or don’t show up at all, I’ll need to charge **the full amount** of the service.

**Running late?**
If you’re more than **10 minutes late**, I might not be able to fit you in and a fee could still apply.
