It’s another busy day at Highland Muscle Therapy, with our team out and about helping people feel their best in different settings.

💚 Sadie is providing mobile massage treatments for adults with additional needs in the comfort of their own homes around Inverness.
Mobile treatments help make massage more accessible for those who may find travelling challenging, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of relaxation, reduced muscle tension, improved comfort, and overall wellbeing in a familiar environment.

💚 Arwa is at Raigmore Hospital today, providing massage treatments on Ward 4A.
Hospital stays can be a stressful, emotional, and overwhelming time. A gentle massage can offer patients a quiet moment of relaxation, comfort, and care when they need it most.

💚 Nina is in the treatment room today, helping clients with everything from everyday aches and pains to sports recovery and pure relaxation. With tourist season now in full swing, we’re welcoming visitors from all over the world, many of whom are exploring the Highlands through hikes, Munros, and the Great Glen Way. After long days of walking and adventure, their bodies definitely appreciate some TLC!

Every day looks different for our team, but our aim remains the same, helping people feel more comfortable, move more freely, and support their health and wellbeing. 💚

I think I got a bit carried away at my first Body Pump class yesterday... 😂 Safe to say I'm feeling it today!

This wee thing is absolutely amazing though.

The compression and heat are great for helping ease sore muscles, reducing stiffness, improving circulation, and speeding up my recovery.

Hopefully I'll be able to sit down and stand up without making old lady noises tomorrow! 🤣💪

Another busy day here at Highland Muscle Therapy!

Naomi is in the treatment room providing massages, while Sadie and Nina are out on the road providing mobile massages for 12 lovely hens celebrating at Mountain Range in Boat of Garten.

I'm a big believer in supporting small, local businesses, and one of my absolute favourites has to be Food Mood, which is permanently parked by the river.

I'm there far more often than I'd like to admit because the food is genuinely incredible, the staff are always so friendly, and you always get a warm welcome.

If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend trying the Syrian za'atar manakish.

For anyone who hasn't heard of it, manakish is a traditional Syrian flatbread, often compared to a pizza. It's baked fresh and topped with za'atar, thyme, oregano, sesame seeds, sumac and olive oil.

Well, the time has finally come where we've become so busy that keeping on top of all the laundry just isn't manageable anymore!
We've started using Icon Laundry for all of our bedding, and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. 👌

We had the pleasure of treating a lovely group of ladies from Ireland and New Zealand tonight with some last minute mobile massages after they'd completed Ben Nevis. 🏔️

They had quite the story to tell too, during their walk, they happened to pass none other than Catherine, Princess of Wales! What an amazing way to finish an unforgettable day. 💆‍♀️✨
