I don’t know how many times I’ve put on my stories about no showing and fake appointments, however in this last 2 weeks alone, we’ve had 14 people cancel last minute/not show up.

This doesn’t sound like a lot, but today I had a fake booking of 4.5 hours…

This is incredibly upsetting as it has a knock on affect for my other clients, clients are sometimes being turned away because we’re fully booked, and when someone has no intention of coming to their appointment it’s a massive waste of time.

Unfortunately this does result in, no appointment is secure until 50% of appointments are paid.

We may also take online booking off, and appointments via messages only, as I think this is the only way we will be able to limit this.

We appreciate every single client who supports us and we truly hope you can all understand that these steps haven’t been taken lightly.

My new cancellation policy will be live as of tomorrow too.

On the day - full payment & 50% deposit for the next.
